Taking some works into suspension and waiting would be auspicious for you. Beating is someone's giving power and support to someone. The car's stopping shows that some people will try to stick a stick into your work; after the roads open, move forward with courage. The shortness of breath shows that there is the evil eye upon you; still you will come through to safety, and you may have a wish.
