72 readings from Mehmet Emin Kırgil for Eye are below, along with the classical texts.
Nablusî (may Allah have mercy on him) said: The eye seen in a dream is the heart's eye that sees a person's religion, guidance, and the path of deviation. If someone sees many eyes on their body in a dream, it indicates that they are a very devout and righteous person.
Seeing oneself in a dream as blind (i.e., without eyes) and then having two eyes and being able to see is interpreted in seven ways:
a) Religion, b) Wealth, c) Children, d) Insight, e) Guidance, f) Instruction, g) Healing...
Ibn al-Kasîr said: Seeing in a dream that one’s eyes are blind indicates exile. Also, seeing in a dream that one’s eyes are blind and preventing someone who wants to treat the blindness is a sign of engaging in a matter that is inappropriate, unsuitable, and not lawful for oneself.
Seeing in a dream that one's eye is made of iron indicates tearing the veil of modesty and being disgraced in front of people. And that person will suffer severe distress.
Seeing a person or an animal's eye on one's shoulder or scapula in a dream indicates gaining access to lost goods. In a dream, a black eye is interpreted as a sign of religiosity, while a hazel eye is considered contrary to religion. A sky-colored eye signifies something that includes innovation (bid’ah).
A green eye indicates a religion opposed to all other religions. Seeing in a dream that one has a sharp-seeing eye is a good omen regarding all people.
Seeing poorly is the opposite... If a person dreams of walking with their eyes, it signifies that they will become ill and bedridden. Likewise, seeing in a dream that one has an eye in their heart indicates that the person follows the commands of their religion and speaks wise words arising from their heart.
Because the eye of the heart is not like the eye of the head. To see in a dream that you are eating another person's eye indicates eating that person's property. Seeing that one's eyes are beautiful in a dream is interpreted in three ways:
a) Guidance,
b) Knowledge,
c) Insight…
If the dreamer has a sick person, they will regain health; if they have distress, they will be relieved. For an unbeliever to see in a dream that their eyes have become beautiful indicates that they will be honored with Islam.
For a poor person, it is interpreted as wealth. If someone sees in a dream that their eyes have grown to an indescribable size, it indicates divine grace that will appear for that person by the will of Allah. To see in a dream that the eyes are destroyed indicates torment and ruin that will come from the Almighty God.
Seeing in a dream that your eyes are ears indicates blindness and hearing everything with your ears that you see with your eyes. Seeing in a dream that one of your eyes is gouged out is a sign of a long life. Sometimes, removing an eye also indicates a disease that will occur in the eye.
